Draco the Athenian legislator,his extremely harsh laws provided only the one punishment - death, for insignificant violations and grave crimes, which perfected in Athens. His name is connecting with everything are cruel and are ruthless now.
Draco's some was dated 621 year B.C, it wasn't the first written Athenian code of laws, but maybe it was the first comprehensive the code.
Later time Solon canceled Draco's code and issueded new law, he left the punishment for murder.
