Reminder of resignation acceptance email
Hi Team,
I want to write a mail to HR . I have resigned my current job on 10th June. Then I had meeting with HR . During meeting she asked me some formal questions which normally HR asked when any employee resigned a job. At that time I told them, No I don't want to stay here I need a change so I will not return my resignation. After 1 week I discussed with HR over Gmail chat and she said we will release you whatever you date mentioned in your resignation mail. But as process I need this confirmation over email.
Below is my email format . Please correct If I made any mistake.
Dear Hr Team,
As you know I have resigned my job on 10th June. Then we had a one meeting and discussion over Gmail chat. And you was agreed to release me on my expected date. So kindly request you to send me same over an email so I will ready to send this mail to my new organization.
