Crash diet
Dear Ana,
I hope you can lose weight with this daily menu of 1.500 calories. I suggest to be strict with amounts and eat five times a day at least. The beginning may be hard but if you are constant you will get results. I recommend to work out three times a week, and stop smoking.
Breakfast: a cup of milk with whole brown grain cereals
Snack: one low fat yogurt with a fruit and ten nuts.
Lunch: chicken or beef roasted in the oven with vegetables (onions, carrots, pepper, tomatoes, etc)
Snack: a cup of tea and one (serving of?) fruit and ten almonds
Dinner: vegetable soup, cottage cheese and a piece of fruit.
