People who do not accept criticism from others cannot be successful. Do you Agree or Disagree with the following statement? People who do not accept criticism from others cannot be successful at working in a group. There are some disagreement over whether or not people without acceptance of criticism from others cannot succeed at working in a group. Some people claim that people who do not take their criticism are able to more successful at working in a group as they can express their views, which are better able to stick to their own principles. My view, however, is that people who do not accept criticism from others cannot be successful. This is largely because that those who do not take the other side of opinions can reach inaccurate conclusions. Additionally, criticism is a source of advises for success at working in a group. To begin with, as far as accepting criticism from others in a group is concerned, it prevents those who do not from reaching wrong conclusions. In many cases, people who can receive opposite opinions are able to review their thinking in different their views they have not thought before, which by finding their problems of opinions as well as find better views, they can succeed at working in a group. A study reported in The Korea times suggests that people make a big mistake in their work when placed in environments where they cannot communicate another. The study also reveals that this disconnection between them has a negative effect on their careers. As the study shows, people who deny criticism from others cannot succeed in working in a group. Furthermore, It is more important to taking other people’s opinions than oneself‘ at working in a group. It is no secret that working with third parties need to not only listen to opinions of people who work together and compromise another but also go their way to attain their goal of group belonging collectively. To illustrate my point, when I was in university, I have done some projects where students had to make a presentation together. I’ve got higher grades in the projects working with partners who discussed more frequently pointing out each other and taking their opinions than did not, which make it very perfect for whole flows and a consequence of the projects. Had it not been for our discussions, I would have had lower grades in my projects.
