Cooking fish 烧鱼
Today I cooked a sea fish. 今天我烧了条海鱼。
I put enough oil into the wok to fry the fish. 我加了足够多的油来炸鱼。
I couldn't hold the wok because the hot oil splashed onto my hand.
锅子翻了因为热油溅到了我的手上。
Although I was in a mess, I finished cooking this fish.
虽然手忙脚乱的,我还是完成了它。
It was tasty however half skin of the fish was gone.
味道不错尽管半条鱼的皮没有了。。。

@qet, 我们有很多种方法烧鱼:
1. 红烧鱼(就是要用油来炸的那种)。
2.清蒸鱼(你朋友做的那种吧。)
3.葱油鱼(鱼蒸好后,用热油浇)
4.水煮鱼和酸菜鱼
我统统都喜欢吃,哈哈。

我看过我的中国朋友烧一条鱼。 她用热水 - 蒸鱼 - (汉字正确? 我不知道)
烧肉比较容易, 是不是? 可是好像你在找着很难得食谱。
(三个都月, 没学汉语, 我的知识, 越来越小)
