Grammatically:

The initial low-class consonants cannot be used with the rising sound of tone mark, and there is no tonal inflection for low sound here. Anyway, you can produce these two sounds(low and rising) from the aspirated velar consonant[kʰ], but you do need to be using a high-class instead which it will be like this: คา ข่า ค่า ค้า ขา -> normal, low, falling, high, rising accordingly.     

Informally:

However, you can use "ค๋า" for "ขา" informally in the conversation among friends.
