一次倒霉的经历

Note: the corrections in brackets mean that adding the words in brackets or not won't influence its meaning.

A natural way would be:

a.生活中我们会遇到各种各样的走运的事情或者相反——各种各样倒霉的事情(Close to your original writing)

b.生活中我们会遇到各种各样的好运，或者各种各样的霉运。(More succinct, I would recommend this one.)

每次都我们不能预见事件的进展，为了及时防止不想要的事儿。

我们并不能预见事情的进展，来及时防止不想要的事情发生。Or a more succinct version: 我们并不能预见未来，来防止霉运发生。

If you want to use 每次, it would be better if you could specify the occasion, e.g. 每次霉运发生前，我们并不能预见它。Here dropping 每次 would be fine.

去年我亲身经历了怎么会这么倒霉的人。（Grammatically incorrect）-->去年，我的亲身经历告诉我，人就是会这么倒霉。/去年，我的亲身经历告诉我，人可以有多倒霉。

Note: The correct structure is 我亲身经历了一件事, but your structure is 我亲身经历了一个人, I understand what you mean, but it is incorrect.

先发生了让我意想不到的事，我突然得到了肺炎。最开始时，我以为我身体的右部分疼是因为我把背子冻病了。

 最开始，我以为我身体右侧疼是因为我把背冻病了。To my ears, 部分 sounds like a smaller proportion than 侧. When referring to human body, I usually use 右侧 rather than 右部分.

一个星期后我去看病，原来这是肺炎。那时候我特别着急，还十分害怕在中国我不能治好（病），再说，门诊治疗和住院治疗都非常贵！我花了多少钱不用说了/就不说了，但是终于我的病就（治）好了。那时候真是祸不单行。我打车去了医院时，丢了我的钱包。那里有几百块，而且所有的信用卡，包括俄罗斯的信用卡和中国的。。。我都要还原了（What do you mean?）。我一直发烧了，并而且考试快（要）开始了，我真的没想到那个月份时我（会）这么倒霉。

Note:

1.我一直发烧了 sounds strange, 了 indeed indicates the past tense, but when using "一直+verb " structure to indicate a continuous state, you don't need 了, otherwise it sounds strange, at least to me. Btw, 我发烧了 sounds fine.

2.而且 sounds more colloquial than 并且, and it suits your notebook better.

但是所有的事情以后我的生活慢慢地轨道了。

但是所有事情结束后，我的生活就慢慢回到正轨了。Note 轨道 can't be used as a verb.

不管什么事情发生，我们都要坚持。以后肯定会有更好的时光。/未来会更好。
