How do I say/express "Ah! What a waste!/Such a pity.."?

Ah! What a waste! 아! 아까워라.(a! a kka wo ra!)
Such a pity...
1) (정말) 아쉽다.( (jeong mal)a swip da)
2) 참 안됐다.(cham an dwaet da)
If you don't do this, it will be wasted effort.
