yoyo, the difference between megismerhetem (means 認識您) and megismerhetlek (means 認識你) is the different level of speech, when you use them.
The sentence structure is similar to English "Nice to meet you" in this case: Örülök (I am happy), hogy (that) megismerhetem (I may meet you). Also megismerhetem means an "opportunity to meet you". Megismerhetem, is a the first time, when you meet somebody. If you want to say for example: "我認識他/您。", you say "Ismerem" (it is clear from the context, whether the person whom you know is he/she or your discussion partner), you know the person as a good friend/fellow-worker. We use commas "," more frequently than English (or maybe, when they do not use them).

Anyway, your entry is good :) (If you want to say the last sentence in a formal way, it is perfect, if informal, then: Örülök, hogy megismerhetlek.)
