If you're getting ready to leave your house, you would say, "I'm going jogging," or "I'm going for a run."

In American English, it would sound more natural to say, "I am going out to jog," or "I am going out for a jog." You can use the other if you're meeting someone or asking someone to meet you. "Can you come over?" or "Can you come to the concert with us?"
