My breakfast

I wake up at 6:30 in the morning. I cook breakfast for my family. We drink soy milk everyday. We eat bread, pancakes or egg cookies. I make all of the food by myself. Today my breakfast is one cup of soy milk with some bread. I enjoy it. In the morning, while my children are still in bed, I can do something for myself. For example; surfing the internet to read the news, especially financial news; or, learn English, teach Chinese, bake bread and cookies, prepare some food, or make soap. I enjoy and love the morning. It is time for myself. Although it is a very busy time, I like it.

There are many ways to write times. In a more casual context the use of "6:30 in the morning" is perfectly reasonable. A more formal context; like a business letter, would typically use 6:30 a.m. The leading zero is typically only included when using 24 hour time. Note: a.m. is an abbreviation and does require the period characters.

"I cook the breakfast for my family." Use of "the" before "breakfast" is not incorrect; but, is also not common. Typically, you would see "I cook breakfast for my family". In addition, since the first two sentences are fairly short and related to each other; you could change the text to read "I wake up at 6:30 in the morning and cook breakfast for my family."

The plural form of bread is bread. In casual spoken English you can use "… or … or … " like you have done. But in written English you would typically replace all but the last "or" with commas.

"I make all of food by myself." "all of food" is the issue with this sentence. You could use "I make all food by myself."; but, more typically you would see "I make all of the food by myself."

"I very enjoy it." The word "very" would not be used alone in this context. You could use "I very much enjoy it." or "I enjoy it very much."

"In the morning, my children still on the bed." is not a complete sentence. I have replace the period with a comma to connect the partial sentence to the sentence which follows to create a complete sentence. I know it really doesn't make sense; but, we use "in bed" instead of "on the bed".

etc. is really used to represent the continuation of a list of similar items. Reading, teaching and baking are not similar enough for "etc." to have any meaning in this context.

"It is own by myself." The use of the word "own" is an issue with this sentence. "Own" can have so many different meanings; I am not sure how to interpret your intent with this sentence.

"Although it is very busy time, but I very like it." Here you "like" the morning; but, in a previous sentence you "love" the morning. "Like" and "Love" are very different words. "Love" represents a much more powerful feeling the the word "like". To deliver a more consistent message you may want to consider using "Although it is a very busy time, I still love it."

Note: There is no space character used between the last word of a sentence and the period character.
