Dede! You are almost perfect!
my cat Romeo (in italian and not in english. So not RomEEo 로미오) is a weird cat!
If i don't look or talk to him, he starts complain ahah Aso now, while he's alone in the kitchen he's complaining. kkk
Romeo really hates being alone. Even though I have another cat, when I go out Romeo complains kk
I tell Romeo "Romeo what's wrong?? (what's up...i don't even know..to be honest) as he hears my voice he finally decides to stop complain.
cute Romeo eheh
------------------------------------------------
I find really hard to know which is the subject, topic etc of a sentence sometimes. i find hard to know what use between 내가 and 나는...I'm sure I made many mistakes in this case...-_-

Good job as usual! Your korean has not much to correct. I think it's already better than your english:). The sentences look more like a direct translation of english (or italian), not a natural korean. But it is not a problem and needs a lot of time to get used to the korean way of speaking/writing.
The difference between 내가 & 나는 (korean says this 는/가) is hard to explain. Koreans can say which is correct and which is not but I don't know general rule for this.
One thing is (내)'...가' is to emphasize '나'. If one say, 내가 주인이다. means, It is me, who is the owner.
One ask who is the owner and one reply "내가 주인이다". "나는 주인이다" here is simply wrong.
so,
그가 도둑이다 is generally translated, "He is THE thief." (He is the one who is thief)
그는 도둑이다 is He is A thief.
Another example: 'If I go out' is translated to "내가 나가면".
The subj. of any conditional sentences (if...when...) should be (내)'...가'.
When it rains --> '비가 오면'
Anyone has a better (general) rule for 는/가, let us know.
