Just to remember this day
I took OXFORD ONLINE PLACEMENT TEST today and received a C1. It's so far from what I really feel of my level, in particular, of my speaking abilities that the test doesn't assess. After today's 30-minute informal speaking session where I only "baa"-ed and "moo"-ed without being able to say anything proper aloud, I'm absolutely exhausted. It looks like my studying is only at the beginning.

Just to remember this day
I took the Oxford Online Placement Test OXFORD ONLINE PLACEMENT TEST today and received a (grade? ranking? level?) of C1. That's so very far from my own feeling of my level the level that I feel that I am at, in particular, about especially with regard to my speaking abilities, that which the test doesn't assess. After today's 30-minute informal speaking session where in which I only "baa"-ed and "moo"-ed, not being able to say anything proper aloud, I'm absolutely exhausted. The fact that you achieved C1 in the other facets of your English language is a fantastic result. You should be proud of it!
Speaking is something that only improves with regular immersion.
I can sympathise with you, because I studied Russian for 3 years, then when I moved to Russia, it took me months to finally get comfortable speaking!
So, go easy on yourself mate! Bask in your well-earned achievements.
