Do I pronounce correctly the stopped T/glottal T sound in this phrase and word.

It's good, though still a little close to the "d" sound. Maybe try putting the tip of your tongue a little closer to your teeth than to the roof of your mouth, and putting a little more emphasis on the "t"?
