I remember a proverb I heard a couple of time: "there is a will, there is a way". I never used it in my spoken English as well as written English because I simply don't use English in everyday life. Now I have a chance to write it since I want to mention a thing: my English learning journey. Several days ago, I decided to learn English seriously but I was at a loss what to do. Then I found so many corrections on Italki that I should have worked harder on than just reading the corrections and never know how to use them right. Yesterday, I felt like "eureka" and I got a note book to write interesting things from Italki to learn carefully. I know I am absent-minded, forgetful and slow but I am sure I can learn much better this way.

A proverb I have heard a couple of times says, "Where there is a will, there is a way". I have never spoken or written it because I simply don't use English in everyday life. But now, I sense a chance to use it in order to explain something: my English Learning Journey. Several days ago, I decided to seriously learn English, but I was at a loss as to how I might do this. Then, I noticed that there are so many corrections I have received at Italki that deserve more attention than I have given them. Just reading them had not been enough. I must also make an effort to use them right. Yesterday, I had a "Eureka!" moment and got a notebook in which to preserve gems from Italki that I might reflect upon and study carefully. I know I am absent-minded, forgetful and slow but I am sure I can learn much better this way. Give it a go, Molly!

I remember a proverb I heard a couple of times: "where there is a will, there is a way". I've never used it in my spoken or in my written English because I simply don't use English in my daily life. Now I have a chance to use it since I want to discuss a thing: my English learning journey. Several days ago, I decided to learn English seriously but I was at a loss to decide what to do. Then I had so many corrections on Italki that I thought that I should have worked harder rather than just reading these corrections while having no idea about how to use them correctly. Yesterday, I told myself: "eureka", as I got a note book to write all the interesting comments I received from Italki so I could thoroughly learn from them. I know I am absent-minded, forgetful and slow but I am sure I can learn much better this way. - To be at a loss => to be confused / To be at a loss to do something => not to know how to do something
