Surely no, as they have not practiced experiences the same as adults so almost in most cases their work is involuntary and of course they most be given opportunity to compensation by non-violent punishment.

Teenangers who commit major crimes should not receive adult punishment. Teenagers have not had the same experiences as adults. In most cases the crimes teenagers commit are involuntary. Junviles who commit major crimes should be given non-violent punishments.
When writing an opinion piece start with a strong opening statement which shows your opinion on the topic. Then follow it with reasons to support your opinion and wrap it with a closing restating your opinion. You should give atleast 3 reasons to support your opinion.

Surely not, as they have not had the same experiences as adults and, in most cases, do things involuntarily. Of course, they must be given the opportunity to compensate through non-violent punishment.
