Dear Mr.Wang I am writing to officially notify you that I am resigning from the position as an editor for the magazine Designs&Fashions. As a young people, my dream is to become a financial analyst,and the current job just isn’t in accordance with my strength and interest.I want to find a job that better matches my educational background. As per terms of my employment contract ,I will continue to work 2 weeks for the company, completing it on February 3th .I will do my utmost to insist in the hand-over process. Well done. The question says to add the name Li Ming at the end, so I assume it is necessary. The period after you have resigned is your notice period. You could say 'According to the terms of my contract I will work two weeks notice if required'. Sometimes employers ask employees to leave immediately.
