Dear Mr.Wang I am writing to officially notify you that I am resigning from my position as editor for the magazine Designs & Fashions. As a young person, my dream is to become a financial analyst, and I feel that my current job isn’t making the best use of my strengths and interests. I would therefore like to find a job that better matches my educational background. As per the terms of my employment contract, I will continue to work for the company for the next two weeks, finishing on February 3rd. I will do my utmost to assist in the hand-over process. I would like you to accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by my leaving. I wish you and the company all the best. Best regards. Li Ming
Well done. The question says to add the name Li Ming at the end, so I assume it is necessary. The period after you have resigned is your notice period. You could say 'According to the terms of my contract I will work two weeks notice if required'. Sometimes employers ask employees to leave immediately.
