Is zombie looking guy correct expression when I see someone with rotten skin and walk out of Step? I mean someone who is not intentionally cosplay himself as a zombie but who looks like a zombie naturally.

I can imagine someone saying to friends, "That was a zombie-looking guy" in a very casual conversation where the speaker is having a hard time describing what s/he saw. It would sound more natural to say something like, "That guy looks like a zombie!" or, "Is that guy a zombie? He sure looks like one."
