I would like to share "Green Hydrogen", which I came across an article on the "Forbes Japan", with everyone here. Many people might already know, but as of now, most hydrogen is produced by the reaction between natural gas and vapor. Because of this, carbon oxide[CO2] is emitting in the process. The hydrogen produced in this way is called "Gray Hydrogen". Goldman Sax says that the market potential all over the world is more than one hundred billion. Most of the market size is occupied by "Gray Hydrogen". On the flip side, the hydrogen produced without emitting CO2 is called "Green hydrogen" and the biggest issue is to cost a lot higher. The company called "Electric Hydrogen" is attempting to change this situation on the renewable energy. The challenge is to replace "Gray Hydrogen", which the industries like petroleum products and steel utilize, with "Green Hydrogen". The company is planning on the construction of huge facilities, which produce hydrogen with renewable energy, in the plant which use hydrogen. They states that their goal is to decarbonize the industries by making use of "Green Hydrogen". That's why they also is under development so that it costs only 1.5 dollar per 1kg of "Green Hydrogen". If "Cheap Green Hydrogen" comes true sometime soon, the hydrogen market across the world is expected to expand to 25 hundred billion. I, too, really hope the time when the hydrogen comes true is coming soon.
