A is correct. The structure is like this:
I eat fries - Fries are easy to eat.
I ride a bike - A bike is easy to ride.
I love them - They are easy to love.

They are both technically valid, but A is more efficient than B, and even more efficient would be "they are easily loved".

As Claire said, 'A' is correct. In option 'B', you are mixing two different structures. You should keep these separate:
Bikes are easy to steal.
Bikes are easily stolen. / Bikes are stolen easily.
