Can you please explain the meaning of the song "This is a call" by Foo Fighters? What is the plot of the song itself? The text talks about some fingernails, balloons, medications (ritalin), markers. The meaning of the word "minicyn" is unclear. There is also the line "Seems that all they ever wanted was a brother". What kind of brother and where did he come from?) The line "Even all the ones that watered down the daughter" is still unclear. Some kind of daughter.. Why was this daughter watered? And how it all relates to the rest of the text is completely unclear.

I looked up the lyrics, and they are nonsensical. As an American English Speaker, I will tell you that they mean absolutely nothing. Perhaps there is some hidden meaning for the person who wrote the lyrics. I can't figure them out, though.
