Zero Dark Thirty is military slang meaning 'shortly after it's really dark outside' (possibly 12:30 am). Recently the term has been closely associated with the assassination of Osama Bin Laden. There was even a movie made about it. Basically, the characters in the show are suggesting murdering someone.
