The audio is very faint even on maximum volume, so I couldn't really hear. However, "to the last drop" means "to the very end." Sometimes it is used literally, e.g. "He drained his glass to the last drop" (meaning he drunk absolutely everything in his glass). Sometimes it is used in idioms, e.g. "people praised her and she milked it to the last drop" (meaning she made the most of it, kept talking about it, encouraged more praise) e.g. "the army fought to the last drop of blood" (meaning the army fought until the very end, until everyone was killed).
