I agree with the saying generally, because every great leader in the history was a born leader. A natural leader can feel the mission in the river of history and influence others to follow. A natural leader can motivate people by just offering them spiritual guidance. Nowadays, leadership usually refer to power play in workplace. I think this kind of leadership is 40% gotten from innate, as a smooth personality and a high IQ can be an important part to be a leader. But it is more gotten from years of accumulated experience and resources.
