What's the difference between "sensitive" and "sensible" ?

Sensitive refers to feeling, either physically or emotionally.
ex - I'm sensitive because I cry when I watch soap operas.
Sensible is similar to 'practical.'
ex - Leaving early for the trip was a sensible decision.
