Is there an English word/ phrase that can describe this feeling: the feeling when your test is approaching and it looks like everyone else has been preparing for it, while you have just started your preparation? You feel like "oh, I don't have so much time." Can I say, "I feel rushed."?

Great question Kae. You might not say "I feel rushed" as that implies you are trying to complete a task quickly. Gilgy is correct by using the expression, you have "to cram". To cram means to study intensely for a relatively short period of time before an exam or exams.
