I agree with Cayle Lynn and with her observations of I'm and I am. The only thing I would add is that as to "I was caught in a traffic Jam" that's fine nothing wrong with it but I would probably say when speaking anyway that "I was stuck in a traffic Jam" for me that's marginally more natural but I am picking hairs to be honest.

Yes, the sentences sound natural. However, on the left, why do some have
I am (I'm)
and others
I'm
As "I'm" replaces "I am," it can be used interchangeably in all instances listed.
