It was sunny today. After school, I went to the gym with Dad. He’s been making progress, and hopefully, he will lose some weight. Last night, I came across a video about the correct posture for running. It pointed out that the current standard method, like landing on your heels to extend each stride, isn’t really natural. Our ancestors used to run on their forefeet, whether for hunting or escaping from predators. That video seemed not very trustworthy, and indeed, many things on the internet are confusing and contradictory. But it’s still food for thought. I will just run the way I see it fit.

I think it’s best to run leaning slightly forward.
