Olá, Dylan! Eles são sinônimos. "Sozinho" é aquele que está só, solitário. Exemplo: Ela ficou sozinha naquele domingo. (sozinha = só) "Só" pode ser sinônimo de sozinho ou sinônimo de somente, unicamente. Exemplo: Não me deixem só. (só = sozinho) Quero tirar uma só cópia desse documento.
