There are correct sentence all?
I think 1 is wrong but I found the sentence in my english tutor book.

1 and 2 are correct and have similar meanings. You are asking about something in the past that is important now.
3 should be
Did you finish playing?
And has a slightly different meaning. You are asking about the past. It doesn’t necessarily have an effect on the present.

the first two are fine. The 3rd one is incorrect
It needs to be in a different tense - Did you finish playing?
