This morning, I woke up with a sore throat. It might be that I’m starting to catch something because of the change in seasons. I think I’ll go to bed early and give my body some rest.

There's nothing to correct; it's actually perfectly written in colloquial English. You could say " . . because of the change in the weather" and "I think I'll have an early night". Also "I've caught something" is more concise than "I'm starting to catch something".
