‎‎Is 79.51 in Canada equivalent to A, A- , B +, B-, C+ or C-?

In America, it'd be a C+ unless they round it up to 80, and then it would be a B-. Not sure on how they do it in Canada. Usually in the US: 70-72 is C- 73-76 is C 77-79.9 is C+
