I like Yoga, it can help me to relax, and get rid of my fatigue. Yoga is also a good choice when you want to improve your body shape. It's not like most of sports, the stretching can help all the part of your body being active. There are a lot of types of Yoga, I did hot Yoga a few years ago, it really helped me to get full of energy, and I also lost a lot of weight at the moment. I like Yoga very much, I'm going to restart to do it soon.
