I usually get up at six o'clock. I used to drink water and do exercise. At seven o'clock, I have a breakfast with my girlfriend.
Later, between nine and ten, I used to go at work and finish at five more o less, depend of the day.
In the afternoon, when i don't have anything i usually watch on TV or smoke shisha.
Finally, before to sleep I used to do yoga exercise to have a better dreams.

Hi! Your post was very descriptive and had a great flow. I only have a couple of suggestions. Also, I wasn’t sure if you meant to write this in present or past tense. I replaced the “used to” with “tend to” in case you were meaning to translate the Spanish verb “soler.”
