Hi Jasmine, Saying "enhance my English" or "enhance my English level" seems correct to me. But you can also simply say "improve my English" which is more common.

I would say: I would like to enhance my English. I would like to improve my English. I would like to increase my knowledge of English. If you are looking for a teacher please look over my profile. I have over four years of experience. I have availability in my schedule but I am also available for instant lessons. -Vanessa

To enhance is to enrich/deepen your skills/knowledge in something. So since it is enhance(enrich/deepen) my English skills you need to add a detail of what you're enhancing. That is, are you enriching your grammar, vocabulary? etc
