A visit to Quaker Wood
Quaker Wood is a community woodland near my home. It is owned and managed by a local community group and is free to use for the public. The name is because the land was donated to the community by the local Society of Friends (Quakers), a Christian group.
I like to go there early in the morning to sit and meditate, or perhaps do some qi gong. It is very peaceful!
