Creo que es según el país, pero "manjar" también se hace de coco y a veces puede ser más clarito de color.

Cajeta se llama en México, se hace con leche de cabra y es de un color marrón. Los otros son principalmente de Sudamérica, se hacen con leche de vaca y son de un color marrón más claro que la cajeta.
