The Tim じぁん!!!
It was a beautiful sunny day. On the way home, I noticed a newly opened bun bun shop with a long queue at its front door. Out of curiosity, I decided to have a try. While an enticing aroma wafting in the air, I finally got into the shop and realized there was only one item on the menu. They only specialize in just one thing: baked meat buns. Instead of steaming the buns, these buns are baked on the interior surface of the clay oven. The crust is crisp and flaky, almost like naan or tandoori bread. As you bite into it, the juicy, meaty filling bursts with flavor in your mouth. I've already become quite addicted to these delicious buns. No wonder people are lining up to try them. I can see why this bakery is a success.
