I just realized that I forgot to post yesterday, and now I’m really shocked. If I had posted for three more days, I could have gotten 10 points in my English class. I posted every day for one week out of the two, so I really hope I can at least get 5 points. From now on, I’ll make sure not to forget to post. I’ll try to post as soon as it’s time.

I just realized that I forgot to post yesterday, and now I’m really disappointed. If I had posted for three more days, I could have gotten 10 points in my English class. I posted every day for one week out of the two, so I really hope I can at least get 5 points. From now on, I’ll make sure not to forget to post, and I’ll try to post as soon as it’s time.
In this case the word disappointed makes more sense as you knew if you didn't post you wouldn't get full points. You would say shocked if you didn't realize and then something like that happened.
