At last, I have completed 95% of the things on my yesterday checklist. I am pleased with it. I think the most important thing is not to do anything 100% perfectly but do it persistantly. I am not sure if I can do it but I will fight for it. My tasks now are to keep calm and spend time more efficently and effectively.

I am not sure if I can do it but I will do my best. My tasks now are to keep calm and use my time more efficiently / effectively (those two terms mean the same thing).
