What's the meaning of overrated and underrated?
Could you give me some examples as well?

Overrated: Something that is praised by others, but in fact isn’t so impressive.
Ex.: The restaurant around the corner has very good reviews, but you think the food is just mediocre.
Underrated: Something that is not talked about a lot, but offers great quality.
Ex.: Learning languages through reading is underrated. It’s rarely mentioned but in your experience it helps a lot.

Examples:
I think pizza is overrated: it's just bread and cheese!
Some brands are overrated - the cheaper supermarket versions are just as good.
Some seaside towns in the north of Europe are underrated. People seem to prefer southern Europe, I guess because of the weather. But northern Europe has beautiful beaches. Yes, definitely underrated!
And I like this one from the Washington Post
