Echo means agree?
Does it correct to say I echo with your opinion.

Hi, agree with Barbara in London.
We can say "I echo his feelings", which means you are feeling similar to someone else.
Example:
John: I'm feeling frustrated.
Mary: I echo that.

Hi, no, echo doesn't mean agree. If you shout in a cave, you might hear your voice a second time. That is an echo.
We might say 'he echoed what she had said about .... ' if he said the same thing - and that might mean that he agrees with her. But echo is about repetition, not agreement.
