Those Chinese people who offer Chinese language exchanges (谢谢), often say people can contact them if they want help. But do they know that we cannot do that?

They need to go to Settings Privacy Contact Permissions "Who can send me messages" And then change it to "Anyone".

Then we can send messages directly :).

The only reason why they don't choose that button is they don't want to be bothered by the flirting messages. So if you can't contact to them, just leave one more message to ask them to message you back. Good luck.
