would you tell me if this sentence is natural?
And unlike me who sees her job as a pathway to her dreams, my peers hate their jobs as earning a living is the only reason to do their jobs

You need to say "my" instead of "her" since you are talking about "me." The rest is an ok sentence, but maybe it could be made a little clearer by using the same structure in the second half as you use in the first half:
And unlike me, who sees my job as a pathway to my dreams, my peers hate their jobs, as they see their jobs only as a pathway to earning money.

you can say :
And unlike me, who sees their work as the path to their dreams, my colleagues hate their jobs because their livelihood is the only reason to do their job.
or :
And unlike me who see his job as a path to his dreams, my peers hate their jobs because earning a living is the only reason to do their jobs.

She, unlike me, sees her job as a pathway to her dreams. My peers hate their jobs which are only means to earn their living.
It is not so good to start with "And unlike me".
Also, if you do this, the pronoun is missing. .... who sees her job (who is it??)
Just my personal view and I hope it is not wrong .....
