The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011. The graph illustrates the number of enquiries sent to the Tourist Information Office in a particular city over a period of six months in 2011. Overall, there was an upward trend in the number of telephone and in person enquiries, whereas a downward trend was seen in the number for telephone. It is also clear that the figure for in person had the most dramatical change among these three categories. Starting from 900, the number of telephone calls increased slightly to 1000 in March. By contrast, the figure for letter/email stayed unchanged at 700 enquiries in the same period and it was overtaken by that of offline visits between February and March. In the last four months, the office received more telephone calls and in person requests, with the rise of these volumes to 1600 and 1900 enquiries in June respectively. However, the number of enquiries made through letter/email dropped significantly to just under 400 at the end of the interval.

You mention telephone twice in the overall paragraph. Dramatic change ...end of the period. (Not interval) enquiries could be requests for information. Overall it's good, but I still think it's easier to write about one line in one paragraph and the other two lines in the other paragraph.

What do you think about this essay? I find it a bit difficult to paraphrase ''enquiries''
