I've seen some Koreans using multiple commas in a row, like ",,,,,". What does it mean/express?

It works the same as in English! Ellipsis works as a way to show a pause in speech or a speaker's indecision or incomplete thoughts. Ellipsis should consist of three dots, but many people just use a lot of dots in general when they write on the internet, haha.
