I think this is what you're trying to say:
"This is one of my favorite places that I visit as often as I can."
You had the right idea, but need to work on your sentence structure a little bit.

I think an easier, more natural way of saying it is.
"I have a favourite place that i visit as many times as possible"
or you could say
" There is a place that i consider to be my favourite, i visit it as many times as possible "
