Do you find it surprising that 90% of Spanish food advertisements aimed at children are for unhealthy products? I think that’s a high percentage. I don’t know so much about Spain culture but this means almost 100% of advertisements is about food according to the question and seems quite a lot for me because Japan doesn’t only food advertisements but also some daily products such cars, cosmetics, medicines and so on which usually advertised by tv or flyers. Could anyone check my sentence?

The grammar in your answer is not too bad (other than omitting a verb, some punctuation issues, and such), but you’ve misunderstood the question. The question doesn’t say that 90% of Spanish advertisements are about food. It does not say that 90% of Spanish food advertisements are aimed at children. It is *only* talking about Spanish advertisements that are about food, and that are also aimed at children. Ninety percent of *those* advertisements are for unhealthy food, according to the question.
