When I was young, cartoons were not very popular on TV. It seemed that I watched almost all the cartoons shown on TV and they were Polish cartoons such as "Kot Filemon," "Bolek and Lolek," "Koziołek Matołek" and foreign cartoons such as "Gummy Bears" "Smurfs" and my favorite "Pokemon."
I think it was my favorite cartoon because it was most often shown on TV when I came home from work. I can say that I hadn't choice but I think that it was advantage because I didn't waste a lot of time watching like the kids nowadays

Grammar note: 'seemed that' is understandable, but 'seemed like' is a bit more natural. Pokémon was one of my favorite cartoons as well. :)
