I think you don't need a gym for stay fit. You gat train your skills anywhere: at home, school or work. Best way to start do the sport: walking. Do ten thousand steps everyday. Also important is stay: do not sit too long. Every hour you need a stay activity. Staying is more healthy, that sitting. It is a start of your health. After that you can do some sport: running, swimming or another. But remember: morning work-out is really good activity! You need it everyday! This activity helps your brain, health and body. Also is important to drink water after wake up. It helps your heart and stomach.
I think this simple actions can improve your live and make you fit.
